Kevin Shuvalov brings more than 30 years of experience in campaign strategy, public affairs, and issue advocacy.
A nationally recognized political strategist, Kevin has played a key role in five presidential campaigns and has advised numerous conservative issue advocacy organizations, nonprofit groups, and Republican candidates across the country. Throughout his career, he has helped elect candidates at the local, state, and federal levels while advancing policies that promote economic growth and limited government.
Ally McPhaul
Ally McPhaul is a proud graduate of the University of Texas in Austin where she studied Art History. While in college, Ally interned at Mexic-Arte Museum and worked at The Blanton Museum of Art on campus.
After graduating in 2012, she entered the mortgage business where she excelled as a customer service representative and was promoted to team lead and transitioned into the underwriting department, then to compliance. After several years in the mortgage industry, her passion for something new and fresh led her to the world of marketing.
Darby Vrba
Darby Vrba is a Houston-based communications professional with experience in public relations, operations, and event support. She previously worked at Pierpont Communications, where she contributed to client-facing PR efforts including media relations, content development, and day-to-day account support.
In addition to her work in public relations, she has held roles supporting operations, event planning, and communications initiatives, providing a well-rounded background in both strategy and execution.
Ben McPhaul
Ben McPhaul joins Mammoth Marketing Group after most recently serving as Campaign Manager for Congressman John Culberson where he managed a staff and oversaw a budget in one of the most expensive Congressional races in the Country in 2018.
NATHAN GORDON
Nathan Gordon began his career in politics with the Harris County Republican Party in 2015. After his start as a field representative, he quickly assumed more responsibility leading to his development into the political director role later that year, eventually becoming executive director of the party in 2018.
