Kevin Shuvalov brings more than 30 years of experience in campaign strategy, public affairs, and issue advocacy.
A nationally recognized political strategist, Kevin has played a key role in five presidential campaigns and has advised numerous conservative issue advocacy organizations, nonprofit groups, and Republican candidates across the country. Throughout his career, he has helped elect candidates at the local, state, and federal levels while advancing policies that promote economic growth and limited government.
Ally McPhaul
Ally McPhaul is a proud University of Texas at Austin graduate with a degree in Art History. Her passion for the arts took root early, through internships at Mexic-Arte Museum and hands-on work at The Blanton Museum of Art, on campus.
After working in a myriad of positions in the mortgage industry upon graduating from college, she joined Mammoth Marketing Group in 2017 where she served as the Executive Director for the Houston Region Business Coalition for nine years and has since partnered with a wide variety of clients ranging from non-profits, candidates for office, elected officials, and various businesses in her role at MMG.
Darby Vrba
Darby Vrba is a Houston-based communications professional with experience in public relations, operations, and event support. She previously worked at Pierpont Communications, where she contributed to client-facing PR efforts including media relations, content development, and day-to-day account support.
In addition to her work in public relations, she has held roles supporting operations, event planning, and communications initiatives, providing a well-rounded background in both strategy and execution.
Ben McPhaul
Ben McPhaul joins Mammoth Marketing Group after most recently serving as Campaign Manager for Congressman John Culberson where he managed a staff and oversaw a budget in one of the most expensive Congressional races in the Country in 2018.
NATHAN GORDON
Nathan Gordon began his career in politics with the Harris County Republican Party in 2015. After his start as a field representative, he quickly assumed more responsibility leading to his development into the political director role later that year, eventually becoming executive director of the party in 2018.
